How to use?

Step 1: Install 1/4 screw of the quick release board to the bottom of camera.

Step 2: Put the installed camera on the board.

Step 3: It is now can be used.

Step 4: Arm would be a little bending when stabilizer in hand. The bend level may according to the goal which makes you more comfortable, persistent.

Step 5: The stability will be improved by a little bending your legs when stabilizer in hand.

Step 6: Using small steps when tracking shoot can improve the stability a lot of the camera.
